Order preparation

We prepare and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days after your order is confirmed. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Postal transit

Estimated mailing time is 7–10 business days after dispatch. Preparation time and transit time are separate: the usual combined estimate is 8–12 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs checks, public holidays, adverse weather or carrier disruption may extend delivery.

Free standard shipping

We offer free standard shipping for destinations available at checkout. There is no standard shipping charge. A destination must be available at checkout for us to accept delivery to it. Please ensure your address is complete and correct.

Cross-border orders may be subject to customs clearance and local import charges. Any applicable import requirements depend on the destination. Contact us before ordering if you need help understanding delivery availability or local import requirements.

Delivery help

If your order has not arrived within the estimated period, or you notice an address error, contact serivce@brimandcove.com with your order number. We will help investigate with the delivery provider.
